A few weeks ago, I decided to make some ABC pancakes too. It was so easy and fun! My picky eaters ate them all up.
You know you want to try it. I used this recipe (minus the bananas, of course).
Just fill a plastic ziplock bag with the batter, snip off the end, and go to town! Good luck and happy pancake-ing.
And if you can spell Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, the longest word in any major dictionary, using pancake letters, I will give you $5.
